Joining takes three steps

Everything happens online. Register the company, bring your fleet onto the platform, and start receiving assigned orders.

Register your company

Create a company account with your contact details, your registration documents and the regions you operate in.

Add vehicles and drivers

Upload your fleet with class, seat count and plate number, then invite the drivers who will run the trips.

Receive assigned orders

Confirmed bookings arrive in your dashboard and in the partner app. Assign a car and a driver, and the trip is yours to run.

Why transport companies work with Goasia

Goasia handles the traveller side of every booking — the enquiry, the confirmation and the paperwork — so your team can concentrate on the road.

  • One account for the whole company

Add owners, dispatchers and office staff as separate users, each with their own login and their own view of the work.

  • Your fleet, described properly

Register every vehicle with its class, seat count and luggage capacity, so it is offered for the trips it actually fits.

  • Orders come to you

Confirmed bookings land in your dashboard with the route, the timing and the passenger details already filled in.

  • Driver assignment in a few taps

Choose the car and the driver for each order, and the office and the driver see the same assignment instantly.

  • A mobile app for the road

Drivers see today’s trips, pick-up points and passenger contacts on their phone, without calling the office.

  • A verified place to operate

Every partner company is checked before activation, so the companies working alongside you are held to the same standard.

What you need to join

Goasia works with registered transport companies. Have these ready before you open the registration form and the whole process takes a single sitting.

  • A registered company

A legally registered transport or tour company, with the registration documents available as a scan or a clear photo.

  • An authorised contact

A name, phone number and email for the person who can speak for the company and respond to the platform.

  • At least one vehicle

One vehicle you can put on the platform, with its make, model, class, seat count and plate number.

  • A licensed driver for every vehicle

Each car needs a driver holding a valid licence for that class of vehicle and the right to drive it commercially.

  • Current vehicle paperwork

Valid registration and insurance for every car you add, plus a technical inspection where your region requires one.

  • A working area

The cities and regions your drivers cover, so you are only offered trips you can actually serve.

Before you start

Every registration is reviewed by our operations team before the account is switched on. We may come back to you for a clearer copy of a document, or a short call to confirm the regions you cover. Most companies are reviewed within a few business days.

Questions about partnering

What companies usually ask before they register.

Registered transport and tour companies operating in Uzbekistan that can supply vehicles with licensed drivers. Individual drivers without a registered company cannot be onboarded at this stage.

Our operations team checks the company details and the vehicle documents you upload. Most companies are reviewed within a few business days, and we get in touch if anything needs clarifying.

One is enough. You can add more vehicles, more drivers and more working regions at any time from the company dashboard.

You do. Confirmed orders arrive in your dashboard, and your dispatcher chooses which vehicle and which driver from your fleet takes the trip.

Yes. A company account supports multiple users, so owners, dispatchers and office staff each get their own login instead of sharing one.

Airport and city transfers and full-day city tours today, with multi-day trips planned. Your vehicles are only offered for the classes and the regions you register.

The dashboard on its own is enough to run orders from the office, but the app is what makes a trip workable on the road: the driver sees the route, the timing and the passenger details without calling in.
